PERSONAL RELEASE

For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, by participating with an e-mail response, I hereby agree as follows:

1. I hereby grant to you and to your successors, licensees and assigns (including other Fox-owned television stations or cable entities outside of Phoenix), the irrevocable right (but not the obligation) to record, exhibit and otherwise use my e-mail response, and biographical data (a) on and in connection with the Programs and (b) in materials used to advertise, promote and publicize the Programs and you, your successors, licensees and assigns.

2. I understand and acknowledge that you and your successors, licensees and assigns, are and shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the Programs, including, without limitation, the title thereof and all rights (including copyrights), components and elements contained therein, for all purposes and uses whatsoever, throughout the universe and forever. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, you and your successors, licensees and assigns shall have the sole and exclusive right to distribute, license, exhibit, advertise, publicize, promote and otherwise exploit the Programs or any part thereof and any and all rights therein, whether now known or hereafter devised, in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and by any manner, means or technologies, whether now known or hereafter devised, all without any restrictions, limitations or conditions of any kind. You shall also have the unrestricted right to edit the content and text of the Programs in any manner or form.

3. I hereby release you, your successors, licensees and assigns, and Advertisers from and against claims or actions of any nature whatsoever arising by reason of: my appearance on the Programs, statements made by me or others on or in connection with the Programs, or your exercise of any or all rights granted in this release.
